Q1: What are your MOQ?

A: In general 10 pieces for each items, it depends on the product. We also accept the small quantity order.

Q2: What are your terms of payment?

A: The normal Payment term: 30%T/T as the deposit, balance 70%T/T paid on receipt copy of B/L. Of course other payment terms we also would like to cooperate.

Q3: How long is the delivery time? 

A: For sample order, it is around 5 days to product, bulk order is around 30-35 days after deposit is made.

Q4:Do you accepyt / orders? A: Of course we accept OEM/ODM orders.

Q5: What's your After-Sale service?

A:1. Installation guides and daily maintenance.

2. 2 year warranty on normal use.

3. For complaints, we will give a quick and reasonable solution within 48 hours by replacement or maintenance.

4. 24 hours on-line chatting and phone call stand-by for after-sale service.

Q6: What's your standard of packing?
