The floor area of TAIKO KIKAI (Qingdao) Co., Ltd is 33,000 square meters. This allows the company have capacity to achieve self-production from casting, welding and machining stage to painting, packing and dispatch of finished goods.

Currently, the machining workshop has been equipped with series of Japan imported machining machines. This aims to maximize the productivity and delivery the high-quality products to ourselves and customers. Firstly, there are four pieces of horizontal CNC machining center are on service. Three are generated by NIGATA and one are OKUMA. all of them are charactered with 6 workbenches have capability to achieve automatically high-speed and high-precision processing simultaneously and constantly even operate 7/24 without break. Secondly, two CNC vertical machining centers are imported form OKUMA JAPAN. They can supply long-term precision operating and stability of advanced equipment to produce high quality products; Thirdly, four special purpose use of screw processing machine are employed to achieve the precise screw processing of screw pump. Two of them are imported from NIIGATA, the others are imported from SHIZUOKA. Besides, one large-scale horizontal CNC lathe, two vertical CNC lathes and other general machines are equipped to complete the process of cutting, boring, turning, grinding, milling   for medium and large products. Finally, there are two wire-cutting and dynamic balancing machines are equipped to achieve the impeller, pulley and coupling keyway processing and balancing.

Moreover, TAIKO KIKAI (Qingdao) Co., Ltd build separated welding departments and workshop. 

A series of equipment are employed to achieve the welding process of cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel and copper products. They are consisted by Panasonic digital IGBT controlled DC pulse TIG welding machines, Panasonic digital IGBT controlled MIG/MAG arc welding machines. In addition, the positioner, pipe bending machine and long-shaft tooling reaching to 6m and so on are equipped. Besides, a welding consumables warehouse which has constant temperature and humidity are device which used to process the consumables are supplied to achieve the high-quality and high-stability welding processing. Eventually, three coordinate measuring instruments are equipped to satisfy the customer requirement about quality.

The company insists on employee-oriented and pays attention to the cultivation of talents. So far, the number of stuffs in processing department reaches 32. Three of them are experiencing processing engineers. The number of processing technicians is two, the number of senior workers is eight, and our intermediate mechanics has risen to 14. This professional talent and knowledge reserve allow us to achieve the processing with material including cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel and copper ever copper alloys. Besides, we have developed one certificated welding engineer, one authorized welding technician. The number of senior welder and intermediate welder has reached 1 and 3. This allows us to gain the welding quality satisfy the requirement of ISO 3834.
