BAOLI Rubber Bearings are designed for bridge and building construction, they are commonly used for steel beams, pre-cast concrete beams and other support points. The bearings are made of highest-quality neoprene rubber and natural rubber. The rubber was laminated by one layer or several layers thin steel plates(as per design requirement), in this way, the bearings can bear bigger vertical load, meanwhile, allowing horizontal displacements and angular rotations.
Sliding PTFE elastomeric bearings are made of adhering a PTFE plate to the surface of common elastomeric bearing pad, in addition to the vertical stiffness and compression deformation of the ordinary plate rubber bearing, and can bear vertical load and adapt to the rotation of the beam end, but also can use the low friction coefficient between the PTFE plate and the beam bottom stainless steel plate can make the horizontal displacement of the bridge superstructure is not limited.
