Lead Stabilizer for PVC base Panel
PVC pipes are popular because of their high ring stiffness, low fluid resistance, corrosion resistance, light weight and long service life. As the most important additive in the formulation, PVC stabilizers play an important role in the excellent characteristics of PVC pipes.
It is a solid composite stabilized by a variety of functional lead stabilizers and high-efficiency adjuvants. The stabilizer has good internal and external lubrication balance, widely processing and excellent thermal stability. CM-107 is superior to single lead stabilizer because of its excellent dispersibility, compatibility, lubricity and light stability in PVC resin. In addition, it has good weather resistance, promotes plasticization, makes the PVC pipe thickness is uniform, get good surface and can also improve the impact resistance. Furthermore, it is meet environmental health standards, no dust, easy to use, and reduce labor intensity.
