The bimetallic bushing is a steel-copper alloy product, which is made of low carbon steel plate as the base material and sintered CuPblOSnlO、CuSn6Zn6Pb3、CuPb24Snl or other materials on the surface.

The working surface of the bushing is designed with oil cavities and oil grooves to adapt to lubrication under the condition of oil. It is a versatile bushing for high loads and low speed movements, replacing the usual brass bushings for sliding parts. It is mainly used in internal combustion engine shaft tiles, connecting rod bushings, brake shoe bushings, balance axle bushings for heavy vehicles, etc.
