Nickel Mesh can be devided into two types: Nickel wire mesh(nickel wire cloth) and nickel expanded metal.

Nickel wire meshes are mostly used as filter media and fuel cell electrode. They are woven with high quality nickel wire (purity>99.5 or purity>99.9 depending on customer requirement).

Nickel expanded metals are widely used as electrodes and current collectors for various kinds of batteries. Nickel expanded metal is made by expanding high quality nickel foils into mesh.
