Most of the welded connecting bushes of automobile chassis are rotationally symmetrical parts. Their manufacturing process is simple, and there is no stress concentration in the process of cold extrusion, resulting in large die loss. But this product is a kind of asymmetric part. During the cold extrusion molding, the stress concentration will be produced and the machine tool, die and other related cold extrusion tooling equipment will be damaged. Now we use cold extrusion to get the rotating symmetrical parts, and finish the two ends of the products by machining. We use stamping to cut the surplus materials into the subsequent machining to save the machining allowance, which greatly improves the production efficiency, improves the utilization rate of materials, and saves labor and material costs.
