Nylon Nut

Nylon lock nuts, the lock ring inner diameter is slightly less than the diameter of the nut, when fastening, the nylon lock ring will be broken and fill in the gap of the fastened thread, nylon and thread is fully squeezed and thus more fractions will be needed when loosing.

Hex Flange Nuts: with washer, tooth nuts, hex flange nut, flange nut;

Usage/Function: Used in pipe connection, or to enlarge the contact with components;

Material:  A3 low carbon steel, 35K steel, # 45 steel, 40Cr steel, 35CrMoA;

Grade: Grdae 4,5,6,8,10,12;

Treatment: Color zinc plated, white zinc plated;

The thread & dimension of the flange nnuts and common hex nut is the same, the difference is the washer and nut is combined together, with anti-slippery thread, to enlarge the contact with the components, more solid and strength compared with seperated nut and washer combination.

Since most flange nut used in pipes and flanges , therefore, the common flange nut comes in size under M20. Upper M20 flange nuts mostly are flat flange, that is no tooth on flange , those nuts used mostly in special equipment or area, and no available stock.
