The roller hardness sorter has a calibration device, input compensation parameters, automatic/manual temperature compensation and light intensity compensation, and automatic temperature measurement and temperature correction. The digital potentiometer is used to adjust the gain of the amplifier through program control. The gain parameters can be set for different battery chips, and the software working mode can be changed to adapt to various battery test applications without changing the hardware.

It is suitable for sorting and testing the hardness and material of cylindrical steel parts such as cylindrical rollers, tapered rollers and needle rollers, and realizes zero defect control of the performance of the entire batch.

1. Hardness test: the detection resolution reaches 1~2HRC (other parameter characteristics remain stable and consistent);

2. Material sorting: a mixture capable of sorting heat treatment conditions;

Composition: The system consists of six parts: eddy current sorter, probe, feeder, mechanical device, electrical control and aluminium profile rack. The spherical parts arranged automatically by the hopper slide into the charging path in turn. After detection by the eddy current probe, the work piece is controlled by the sorting cylinder to enter the corresponding qualified or unqualified passage.
