(1) Brief Introduction

Metal slitting line is a kind of equipment for slitting width coil to narrow coils from main coils. Zhongtuo slitting line has two types: thin sheet slitting line and thick sheet slitting line. The material of slitting line supported is carbon steel, exposed and non exposed materials, pre-painted steel and other metals. For the thin sheet slitting line could process 0.5-3mm thickness material. For the thick slitting line supports thickness 0.5-5mm. For now the slitting line is made only for matching welded pipe machines.

What elements decide the slitting line price and structure?

Normally speaking, the slitting blades are designed depending on the job required. The four critical determinants of the blade configuration include:
? The material thickness and the material hardness
? The type of material to be slit and how many pieces you want to slit
? The tolerances that must be held while slitting

? The working speed of the metal slitting line

Machines may be designed just as coil slitters, or just as cutting shears, but many metal fabrication machines can do both.

What kind technical documents will be provided?

Provide instruction and operation manual, foundation drawing, layout drawing, vulnerable part drawings, hydraulic system schematic drawing, electric circuit drawing before or when machine is delivered.

Inspection & Warranty:

For the slitting line, we have strictly quality control system. If the slitting line quality is not good, it will affect the accuracy of silted coil width. If the coil width is not accurate, we can not use them together with the welded pipe machine.
