IV. Description of the whole machine line
FXFT-3X1250mm steel coil slitting line is used for slitting the carbon plate to prepare for the next process.
1.Hydraulic coil car
◆The car can move levelly and vertically, which is convenient for putting the steel coils into the de-coiler.
◆It is driven vertically byφ160 hydraulic cylinder with four guide pillars.
◆The level movement is driven by cycloidal motor XWD1.5-63-121.

3.Press and pinch and feed device
◆ It is good for improve the plates' surface and do straightening then guiding the steel plates into next process.
◆It is made by 5 leveling rollers , drive device , 2 pinch roller and frame. Every roller is the main driving rollers.
◆The gap between rollers can be adjusted manually to make sure the leveling quality.
◆Drive model: all the rollers and gear box drives by 30 KW motor
4.Hydraulic head-cutting machine
◆Adopt two columns structures, a press device, can cut the 3mmX2000 steel plates ;
◆The up and down blades which are alloy material 9CrSi can adjust their gap;
◆The machine is used for the steel shear and to make the plate easy to slitting machine.
5.Looper Ⅰ
The looper will create a buffer zone for easier centering for next stage process. Light source and sensors is provided for sensing the loop position.
6.Slitting machine
◆Power part: This is composed of power-stand, 650decelerator, 45KW direct current motor, gear distributing case, coupler, spindle, connecting-cover, etc.
◆Host machine: This is composed of bottom-stand, fixed bracket, big slide, knife pivot(φ200mm, 2pcs), movable bracket, slide, the front and back adjustable device of bracket, knife pivot lifting and pressing down adjustment device, accompany of blade, separating cover, rubber band and 10 blades with the machine
◆It change the blades through moving out the bracket hydraulically and is very convenient and fast
7.scrap winder
◆It consists of base, the shaft and plate of scrap material, friction wheel, supporting wheel chain, chain, 350 decelerator and 7.5Kw electric machine.
8.Tension stand
◆This is composed of frame, preliminary dividing shaft, bracket, pressing shaft, hydraulic damping device, lifting and pressing device for pressing shaft, set of dividing slice and cover, etc.
◆Block device: hydraulic drives it up and down according to the material thickness. Three hydraulic cylinders to make the pressure adjustable so that it can make the different thickness material’s tension power. It also can ensure the recoiling quality.
◆It has the air cylinder to fulfill to adjust pressure in the tension stand directly
9.Recoiler
◆This is composed of frame, bearing-stand, recoiling shaft, expand recoiling device and plate, movable supporting stand, accompany of decelerator, direct-current speed adjustable motor: 90KW and direct-current electronic cabinet, etc.
◆Designed with the seamless expand and shrink structure and hydraulic clip-mouth so that when the heads feed into the clip-mouth, it will close automatically and start winding.
10.Hydraulic unload car
◆This car carries the slitted coils and movable lift
11.Electric control system: electric cabinet and operate table

IV. The foundation engineering of the equipment
◆the seller will provide the buyer the foundation ichnographies of the equipment in 30 days after signing contract
◆The construction and monitoring of all the foundation engineering of the equipment are in the control of the buyer.
◆the foundation holes are reserved holes which work for the foot holes of equipment
◆after the equipment has been installed, the buyer is responsible for the foundation hole irrigation mud
