The pump pipe running agent is a new product on the concrete market. The main function is to lubricate the pipe of the pump truck before the ready-mixed concrete is pumped, so as to avoid the occurrence of a blockage pump. User's Manual

Before Concrete Pumping,adding certain amount of water into the pump truck hopper(Usually more than the position 1/2 of wear plate will be better);then smoothly adding the concrete lubricant into the water and continuously stirring them (Running S valve to swing back and forth three time more will be ok) till the lubricant is fully dissolved with the water;and then run the pump and pumping them out from the tube;at the same time put the concrete into the hopper and finish the concrete pumping.Processing of the trailer pump is using the same way.

Remark: Filling water is the first step before putting into the concrete lubricant.

How to use the concrete pump truck pipeline lubricant?

Cement mortar : cement mortar with the same proportion of concrete (or 1:2 cement mortar)
The general concrete pumping steps:

1. After the concrete pump is connected with the conveying pipe, when the full inspection meets the requirements, no-load test operation shall be started;

2. It should pump 2-4 cbm mortar to wet the concrete pump's hopper, piston and the inner wall of the conveying pipe, etc. These are directly in contact with the concrete. This is in line with the "Concrete Pumping Technical Specifications" JGJ/T10 requirements CHINESE NATIONAL STANDARD.

3. Pipeline lubricants. Pipeline lubricants are the product of modern technology. It not only plays a role in wetting but also effectively removes rust. The lubricant and water are mixed (400g: 30-60kgs) for pumping, and the water can not be re-used. It saves 2-4 cbm cement mortars, avoids material waste effective. Cost-effective.
