Product description

ISW series horizontal centrifugal pump is applicable to industrial and urban water supply and drainage, pressurized water supply in high-rise building, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, distant distance water, warm water circulation pressurization hvac refrigeration cycle, bathroom, and a variety of water supply equipment, auxiliary boiler. For conveying water or physical and chemical properties similar to water other liquid purposes, using temperature is not higher than 85 ℃.

• Running smoothly: the absolute concentration of the pump shaft and the excellent dynamic and static balance of the impeller, so it can ensure smooth operation without vibration.

• No leakage: cemented carbide seal, which ensures that there is no leakage in the transmission of different media.

• Low noise: the water pump supported by two low noise axes runs smoothly, except for the weak sound of the motor.

• Low failure rate: the structure is simple and reasonable, and the working time of the whole machine is greatly improved.

Working conditions

• Suction pressure ≤1.0MPa, or pump system maximum working pressure ≤1.6MPa, pump suction pressure + pump head ≤1.6MPa, Pump static pressure test pressure: 1.6MPa, Please indicate the working pressure of the system when ordering. If the working pressure of the pump system is more than 1.6MPa, the requirement should be put forward the time of order. We will use the steel material in the important part of the pump.

• Ambient temperature T<40 C,  relative humidity <95%.

• The volume content of solid particles in the medium ≤ 0.1% of the unit volume, particle <0.2mm.

• Note: if there is a medium with fine particles, please explain it at the time of order so that the merchant will adopt a wear-resistant mechanical seal.

Application Of

• ISW type is applicable for transportation of clean water or something like, industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water, garden irrigation, fire boost, long-distance transport, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and heating equipment for pressurized water circulation. Working temperature is ≤80℃.

•  ISWR type horizontal thermal pump is applicable for boil thermal boosting circulating system, such as metallurgy, chemical, textile, paper etc. Working pressure is ≤120℃.

• ISWH type horizontal chemical pump is applicable for transportation of liquid corrosive and viscosity similar with water, without solid particle.  Such as, petroleum, metallurgy, chemical, electrical power, paper, food and medicine etc are all applicable. Working temperature is between -20℃ and 120℃.
