I.Brief Introduction

CIP-1000L/3 automatic cleaning machine is a self-developed new-typed cleaning machine adopting advanced CIP cleaning process. It is composed of acid and alkali resistance pump, processing pump, return pump, stainless steel tank, heating system, stainless steel pipes and PLC electric control system. It is made from S.S304/S.S316 sanitary stainless steel material. It also has function of automatic cycle washing, automatic continuously cleaning. It has advantages of precise and reasonable structure, easy to operate, excellent performance, safety and reliability.

Working principle of this machine is: Add the concentrated acid and concentrated alkali mixed with purified water in proportion 1.5％ to the corresponding tank through the pump, and heat to 60-80℃ by the plate heat exchanger. Then push the liquid into the pipelines and equipment which need to be cleaned. The cleaning process is washing with water – washing with alkali – washing with water – washing with acid – washing with water.

CIP washing machine is consist of concentrated acidtank & concentrated alkali tank, acid and alkali resistant pump, processing pump,acid and alkali resistance solenoid valve, stainless steel storage tanks, PLC electrical control system, and so on.

A. Concentrated acid & concentrated alkali tank

Concentrated acid & concentrated alkali tank is made of S.S 316 with high corrosion resistance to store acid and alkali for a long time.(It is not specialized for storage Concentrated acid & concentrated alkali. After finish mixing liquid, Please move the left Concentrated acid & concentrated alkali and clean the Concentrated acid & concentrated alkali tank, pump and pipes. )

Stainless steel storage tank

Stainless steel storage tank is made of S.S 304, which can resistant the corrosion of low concentrated acid and alkali.

C. Solenoid valve

There is anti-acid and alkali membrane in the solenoid valve, which allows Acid and alkali liquid pass. With its high automation, users can open and close the necessary pipeline on the operation panel.

D. Acid and alkali resistant pump

Main components of the pump are made of new style corrosion-resistant engineering materials which allow concentrated acid and alkaline go through and easy to operate with its high automation.

E. PLC control system 

It is composed of full computer touch screen and programmable controller .

The full computer touch screen has the excellent characteristics of high sensitivity and short corresponding time, and the programmable controller has high anti-interference and stability in use.(The program in the programmable controller has been input before delivery.)

Ⅳ.Operation method and procedure

1.Check whether the power supply and compressed air, steam are normal. If normal, first turn on the power switch to indicate that the indicator light of power supply is on (green indicator light). The touch screen starts and enters the operation interface.There are corresponding operation buttons on the operation screen (add water, heat, add alkali, acid, add water and other buttons of each tank).

2.First open the inlet valve and add water to each tank.Each tank is equipped with liquid level control, after the water level reaches the set value, automatically stop adding water.

3.When heating, the heating temperature of each tank should be firstly set. Each tank is equipped with a temperature controller, and the required temperature is set on the corresponding thermometer.(note: when setting the temperature, press SEP, setting interface start to flicker, then start to set.  After setting, press SEP key for 5 seconds to enter the measurement state.Start heating, while compressing air start to stir.

4.When adding acid or alkali, set the required value first.(details see the the PH value detector manual ).while compressing air start to stir. Wait until the temperature and PH value are stable before entering the cleaning process.

V.Caution

1.Open the package of automatic CIP cleaner and check whether any parts of the equipment are damaged during transportation.Whether the attached attachments and documents are complete or not.

2.Install the equipment horizontally where it is needed. Carefully check whether all parts of the equipment are normal and whether the pipe connection is firmly sealed

3.Connect the water inlet with the original water, connect the waterway, and ensure the normal water supply.

4.Open the panel of the machine electrical box to check whether the terminals of the machine electrical appliances are firm. If the joints become loose or fall off, please connect and tighten them according to the drawings.

5.Connect the external power supply, put the external power wire through the plastic column at the bottom of the electrical box and connect it to the wiring terminal of the electrical box. The power supply of the machine is three-phase four-wire system, and three live wires are respectively connected to L1, L2 and L3 of the terminals, and zero wires are connected to N or O of the terminals.Connect and close the power air switch in the electrical box and then close the electrical box surface plate.

6.It is strictly prohibited to reverse the motor rotation direction. If disassembly is needed, it shall be operated by professionals.(！！！Please note: for safety, please connect the ground wire before connecting the power supply)
