RF-DJG-1000L s.s electric heating agitation tank is composed of tank body, landing legs, agitation system, electric heating system and electric control system.

3.1Tank body is composed of 3 layers, they are inner container, jacket and outside layer. Fill the Polyurethane foam between jacket and outside layer. bottom is cone type, top is a ellipsoidal shell cover. Precision polishing inside and outside of the tank.

3.2 The support of the tank is made of three supporting legs, welded by stainless steel pipe.

3.3The top cover is of double cover type, and the stirring motor is installed in the center of the middle bridge.Both sides are movable covers with the advantages of simple operation and convenient cleaning.

3.4 The stirring motor is cycloidal reducer, which can fully mix and even the materials in the tank. The coupling is quick-mounted and easy to disassemble, which provides great convenience for cleaning the inside of the tank.

3.6 Electrical control mainly includes two parts. One is the control of material temperature in the tank. The temperature in the tank is detected by PT100 temperature control probe.There is a digital display temperature control panel on the electric control box to set the heating temperature and control the start and stop of the electric heat pipe.The other is the control of stirring speed, matching frequency converter, according to the process requirements, choose the appropriate stirring speed.

Operation method and procedure

4.1 Inspect all the parts whether there is any damage in the transportation, attached documents is full or not.

4.2 When the equipment is installed in the required place, the three supporting feet must be on the same plane when the tank is installed in place, so as to ensure the vertical of the tank and ensure the smooth operation of the tank.During installation, carefully check whether all parts of the equipment are normal and whether the pipe connection is firmly sealed.

4.3 Connect all the pipeline and make sure the pipe line transverse side is flat, length way should be vertical, all the connector sealed, make sure no leakage.

4.4 Connect outside power, put the power wire through the Plastic gel column of the control panel. Connect wire with the control box terminal. The power wire is 3 phrases, 4 wires, 3 fire wires respectively connect L1, L2, L3, null line connect N or O of the terminal. Connect the power switch, then close the control box.

4.5 Observe whether the power indicator is normal, then press the start button to check whether the rotation direction of the stirring motor is consistent with the arrow. If rotation direction is opposite, change anyone U, V, W fire wire of the motor.
