70t Cement Clinker Hopper Wagon

Main introduction: It is used on China's standard gauge railways, mainly used to transport bulk cargo such as cement clinker that needs to be protected from rainwater, dust and leakage. It is suitable for on-site use of fast loading in elevated silos and fast unloading in unloading pits. I It could be used at cement, mines and other enterprises for fixed groups, periodic duty and fixed point discharging. The upper part of the wagon is equipped with a fixed roof and a side sliding movable roof, and the lower part has 4 side-opening bottom doors.The sealing structure is installed on the bottom door to prevent the rain from eroding the goods and reduce goods scattering during the transportation. The opening and closing control mode of the bottom door and roof adopts wireless remote control to improve the loading and unloading efficiency of the wagon, the safety monitoring device of the bottom door is installed to improve the safety performance of the wagon. The solar panel is installed at the end of the wagon to supply power for the remote control and bottom door monitoring device.
