Introduction to Closed rolling mill

a two types of  rolling mill: SMS and Morgan. .

c  balance of rolling by elastic damping, with good working enviroment, lower request for the precision of bearing chock and easy to operation
d  screw down by worm wheel, worm shaft and pressdown screws.
e  disc spring for clamping of stands, hydraulic for  lossening .
f  axial adjustment of roller adopt whole pull-rod to drive roller moving axially which is quicker, more convenient, higher efficiency and lower labor strength.

g class P5 bearing for rough and intermediate rolling mill, P6 for finishing mill.  Roller change by hydraulic cylinder to make the roller system changed quickly and integrally.
I   rotated guide used, convenient in changing and adjusting.
