Mineral wool sound-absorbing board

Properties of Mineral Wool Board

   1、Sound absorption and noise reduction

Mineral Wool sound-absorbing board is a kind of porous material, composed of numerous micro-holes of fibers, which can effectively reduce sound reflection and eliminate echo. Mineral Wool sound-absorbing board can realize the sound-absorbing Coefficient of Lang = en-us & GT; 0.3-0.8. It is a good sound-absorbing material and is suitable for offices, schools, shopping malls and other places.

   2、Heat Preservation and energy conservation

Mineral Wool sound-absorbing board has high heat-resisting Coefficient, the best heat-resisting and heat-insulating performance, the best energy-saving effect, in addition, it has high reflectivity, reduces the cost of lighting and energy consumption, so mineral wool sound-absorbing board is an ideal energy-saving ceiling material, known as the sixth energy.

    3、It's beautifully decorated

Mineral Wool Sound Absorption Board surface treatment form rich, the board has a strong decorative effect, the surface can be rolled, milling into a variety of decorative patterns. There is a relief type mineral wool sound-absorbing board, after the compression molding, the surface pattern is exquisite, the modelling novel chic, extremely visual impact.

    4、Fire resistance and flame retardancy

The burning point of mineral wool is above 1500 °C, so, when the board made of pure mineral wool fiber meets fire, its strength decreases, and it will not appear deformation, Ash, collapse and so on. The flame retardancy of the mineral Wool sound-absorbing board slows down the spreading time of the fire, and buys the valuable time for the people who escape from the fire.

5、Green environmental protection, regulate the air

Mineral Wool Sound Absorption Board does not contain harmful substances to the human body, containing the active group can also absorb harmful gases in the air, its micro-pore structure can absorb and release water molecules to purify the air, adjust indoor air humidity.

     6、Moisture-proof insulation

Mineral Wool Sound Absorption Board contains a large number of micro-pores, larger surface area, can absorb and release water molecules in the air, adjust indoor air humidity. The mineral wool sound-absorbing board is mainly composed of mineral wool and starch, so mineral Wool sound-absorbing board is an insulating decorative material.

7、Simple cutting and easy decoration

Mineral Wool sound-absorbing board can be sawn, can nail, can plane, can bond, general wallpaper knife can be cut, cut when also won't produce noise. It has flat paste, paste, open frame, dark frame and other lifting methods, can match the decorative effects of different artistic styles, can play the imagination of diy decoration, and this fully meets the modern people happy to do-it-yourself decoration trend.

8、 No harm, no pollution

Mineral wool is a kind of green building material, which is harmless and pollution-free, and is beneficial to environment protection. Mineral Wool Sound Absorption Board is a new environmental protection building material which is processed with mineral wool as the main raw material.
