一、旋转防喷器描述：Description

旋转控制头是一种通用的井口旋转防喷器设备，它通过旋转胶芯的弹性变形来密封方钻杆、钻铤、套管等钻具来封闭井下的粉尘、泥浆、油气、空气、蒸汽等物质，同时迫使这些物质从侧出口流出，来确保井口和钻台的安全。它可以应用于带压钻井、欠平衡钻井和易于发生井涌、井喷的钻井作业中。

Rotating control head is a common wellhead rotating blowout preventer equipment, it seals on Kelly, drill collar, casing and other drill tools through elastic deformation of rotating sealing element for closing underground substances, such as dust, mud, oil and gas, air, steam, meanwhile forcing these substances flow from the side outlet to ensure the security of the wellhead and the drilling platform. It can be applied to with pressure drilling, underbalanced drilling and drilling operation that well kick and blowout easy to occur.

三、产品使用说明:

使用前请将井口进行校正,不使用带应力槽的和耐磨套不光滑的钻杆,应将钻杆外圆毛刺打磨光滑并对钻杆加以润滑，否则会大大缩短胶芯使用寿命。该产品用于自封头进行起下钻作业时,要求严格控制井口压力（尽可能低）与起下钻速度，特别是过钻杆接头速度；否则胶芯会爆（破）裂或断裂。

建议将胶芯储存在温度为 0-22℃，相对湿度为 55%-80%的环境中。不应与酸碱、苯、脂类有机溶剂及腐蚀性化学药品接触，并且要求离地面 30cm 以上， 离热源 1 米以上。在满足上述条件下质保期为两年，保存不好胶芯使用寿命会缩短。

Instructions:

Before use, please adjusting well head and do not use drill pipe with stress groove and the rough wear-proof casing. Drill pipe should grind smooth, when using the drill pipe, it should be lubrication, and otherwise,

it will greatly shorten service life of the sealing element. When this product is used for the self-styled head to make a trip operation, it requires strictly control wellhead pressure (as low as possible) and tripping speed especially the speed of through drill pipe joint; otherwise the sealing element may burst (broken) crack or fracture.

Store  the  sealing  element  at  a  temperature  of  0-22  ℃and  a  relative

humidity of 55% -80% . It should not be touched with acid and alkali, benzene, lipids, organic solvents and corrosive chemicals and should be 30cm from the ground, away from the heat source more than 1meters.Under meeting the above conditions, the warranty period is two years. The life of sealing element would be shortened if badly kept.

四、旋转胶芯的规格 Specification and Dimensions

注意：连接到钻杆上的方钻杆规格必须符合 API 标准。

Note: The specification of Kelly that connecting to drill pipe should compliance with API standard.
