SG180 Series Large CNC Metal Wire Mesh Weaving Machine

SG180 series large CNC metal wire mesh weaving machine is suitable for weaving heavier metal mesh fabric. It adopts flexible rapier linear weft insertion. There are two kinds of beating up forms: single beat /pick and double beat/pick and two kinds of shedding opening structures which can be selected: tappet hanging/harness heald and servo dobby. It is with the character: Mesh winding and let-off automatic numerical control and automatic adjust mesh tension. It can weave metal wire mesh ,like stainless steel, iron, copper,  aluminum,alloy, polyester and other non metal wire mesh .

Main technical parameters:

l Weaving width: 1300mm,1600mm, 2000mm, 2500mm, 3000mm, 3500mm, 4000mm

l Wire diameter range:  0.2-1.2mm  ≤2.0mm(optional)

l Weaving density: plain weave square hole 2-80 mesh; twill weave 250 mesh

l Speed: 30-60 RPM, frequency step-less speed regulation, the actual speed depends on the weaving width and detailed specifications.

l Heald frame and form: two kinds of structures are optional - tappet hanging/harness heald and servo dobby and 2-8 pieces of aluminum alloy heald frame or steel heald frame (optional)

l Basic tension: 60000 N m.

Technical features:

1. Adopt numerical control let -off (feeding warp wire ) by AC servo motor, real-time display tension’s data and automatic adjustment.

2. Crankshaft beating up, two-way gear drive, large beating up force, spindle motor frequency step-less speed regulation.

3. PLC controlled high performance servo motor can realize precise and fast one-way linear weft leading. The unique control program reduces the friction between the rapier head and the warp wire and greatly reduces the warp and weft broken ends. It is equipped with the weft sensor, and can realize automatic stop when warp or weft wire broken and automatic searching the weft.

4. we have two kinds of structure for winding mesh: single roller & three- roller , three roller structure which is controlled by AC servo motor can realize high-precision coiling and off-line coiling without stopping and take off the mesh in any length .

5. The constant tension winding mechanism controlled by AC servo motor can be selected to realize different winding forms and higher and accurate control of the mesh tension during winding.

6. Optional on-line weft storage device for weaving heavier fabric.

7. Optional Ethernet remote control module can realize centralized lubrication that makes maintenance more convenience and efficient.
