Product Feature: 

The company’s wind barrier products for high-speed railway are designed for the treatment of strong wind hazard along the railway lines.

The barrier is designed based on the principle of aerodynamics. When the strong wind passes through the “Shangfeng Railway Wind Barrier”, two phenomena appear behind the barrier: separation and adhesion, and upper and lower interference airflow are formed to reduce the speed of coming wind and greatly decrease its kinetic energy. The wind speed can be reduced by 70%, by which the traffic safety under strong wind environment can be ensured, and the rollover accidents of trains caused by strong wind can be eliminated.

Project Performance:

Up to now, Shangfeng Technology has implemented dozens of railway wind(sound) barrier projects throughout China, including Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (The longest cross-sea bridge in the world), The Pingtan Strait Road-rail Bridge (The largest cross-sea road-rail bridge in the world), Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Railway(350km/h, Beijing-Shenyang High Speed Railway(350km/h), Beijing-Zhangjiakou  High Speed Railway(350km/h), Beijing-Shijiazhuang High Speed Railway(350km/h), Shanghai-Nantong High Speed Railway(350km/h), Shanghai-Kunming High Speed Railway(300km/h), Haerbin-Dalian High Speed Railway(300km/h), Yinchuan-Xi’an High Speed Railway(250km/h), Lanzhou-Chongqing High Speed Railway(120km/h), Lasa-Rikaze Railway (120km/h), etc., setting up a good brand reputation. 

Production Capacity:

Shangfeng Technology has the largest sound(wind) barrier production and R&D base in China with a total area of 60000 m² and 338 sets of production & detection equipment, which can produce 1,700,000 m² of a variety of sound(wind) barrier products annually.
