Supporting wheel

The supporting wheel is one of the main parts of rotary kiln. It bears the weight of the whole rotary kiln (including cylinder body, lining brick, heat exchange device, material, rolling ring and gear ring), and makes the cylinder and rolling ring rotate smoothly on the supporting wheel. Therefore, the supporting wheel has become one of the standards for measuring the quality of rotary kiln products.

Before pouring, the casting process was simulated by Huazhu CAE software, and the molding process was analyzed and the quality was predicted and optimized. Complete set of metallurgical auxiliary tools, good overall size control, sodium silicate sand molding technology, can prevent the occurrence of casting hot cracks, at the same time using pit molding, not affected by the season, high production efficiency.
