Working principle of rotary cement packaging machine:

The cement material in the rotating silo enters the shell of the discharge hopper. After the bag is inserted manually, the packaging machine rotates clockwise (counter) clockwise. When it reaches the start position, the proximity switch transmits the signal to the computer, starts the solenoid valve, and opens the discharge through the cylinder At the same time, the motor is started, and the high-speed impeller is used to fill the cement material, and the cement is continuously filled into each woven bag through the discharge nozzle. When the bag weight reaches the set value, the sensor transmits the signal to the microcomputer, and the solenoid valve starts the cylinder through the microcomputer control to close the discharge nozzle; at the same time, the motor is turned off to stop filling. When the packaging machine rotates to the bag drop fulcrum, the proximity switch controls the action of the electromagnet, and the packaging bag quickly drops to the bag receiving machine.
