APPLICATION

SURFACE PREPARATION

The surface should be free from adherence reducing substances.
If necessary, application surface should be moisten with water before application.

PREPARATION of the MORTAR

First water is put into mixing bowl, then ENTEGRE KARTONPIYER ALCISI (7 Lt water/ 10 kg in product ratio) is spread until all water surface is lined.
2-3 minutes should be waited for plaster to absorb water and the product is mixed with hand or mixer until being homogeneous.
After mixing, mortar is ready to use.
Mold is lubricated with mold oil in order to remove gypsum plasters and remove the mold easily.
ENTEGRE KARTONPIYER ALCISI is waited to freeze.
Completely frozen plaster is removed from the mold.
