Anti-corrosion production line

JDS has a strong technical development capabilities , can be a variety of structural corrosion projects complete sets of internal and external corrosion line of the system integration. Among them, the three-layer structure of anti-corrosion operation line, can be pipe epoxy powder coating, polyethylene jacket anti-corrosion coating and PE (PP) three-layer coating of the factory focus; from world-renowned pipe coating and coating Equipment manufacturers to introduce new technologies to absorb anti-corrosion operations, can be 3PE, 2PE, FBE, 2FBE, 3PP and other coating operations, and meet the domestic and international 3PE, 2PE, FBE, 2FBE, 3PP and other construction standards, such as the German DIN30670 ), DIN30678 (PP), Canada Z245.20-98 (FBE), Z245.21-98 (PE), SY/T0413-2002,

Q/CNPC38-2002 (2FBE) and the like. Pipeline from the foreign coating equipment manufacturers to introduce the pipeline within the coating line manufacturing technology, production capacity, high technical level, reliability, especially suitable for coating large-diameter pipe coating.

In recent years, JDS has been engaged in the pipeline inside and outside coating anti-corrosion equipment technical support and system integration with the various types of anti-corrosion operations line, and can be fully in accordance with domestic and international standards for pipe corrosion of steel ( Outside) coating application. A single anti-corrosion line of construction capacity to ensure that more than 3 million square meters, its overall operating level reached or approached the current world advanced level.
