SO FLANGES

Looper flange is a kind of flange which is loose on the flange of vessel or pipeline. Flange is a part of the shaft connected with each other, which is used for the connection between pipe ends; it is also used for the connection between equipment import and export.            Looper flange is loose flange. The flange can be made by flanging, direct turning out or welding ring. The advantages are that the flange deformation does not produce additional torque on the container or pipe, and the manufacturing is convenient. The material different from the container or pipe can be used to save precious metals. The disadvantage is that the flange thickness is large. It is suitable for vessel or pipe lining with brittle material and low pressure.
