Zhengrun High Quality Automatic Cardboard Cutter Cutting Machine (FD-KL1300A)
It is mainly used for cutting material like hardboard, industrial cardboard, grey cardboard, etc. with high precision and production capacity. It is necessary for hardcover books.
Basic Functions:
1. The big cardboard is fed by hand, automatic feeding for small cardboard.Servo motor controlled and set up via touch screen.
2. It has the features of pneumatic cylinder controlling the pressure and adjusting cardboard thickness, easy to operate, convenient and quick.
3. The safety cover is designed according to European CE standard.
4. Adopt the concentrated lubrication system, easy to maintain.
5.Main structure is made of casting iron,stable without bending.
6.The crusher cuts the waste into small pieces and discharges them with conveyor belt.
7.Finished production output:with a 2 two meter conveyor belt for collecting.
Product advantages:
1.Auto feeder
It adopts bottom-drawn feeder which feed the material without stopping. It's available to feed small size of board. 
2.Servo and ball screw
The feeders are controlled by the ball screw,driven by the servo motor which efficiently improves the precision and makes adjustment easily.
3.Quality knife
Adopt alloy round knives, durable which reduce the abrasion and improve the cutting efficiency
4.Auto knife distance setting
According to the setting,the guide can automatically move to the position without measuring.
5.CE standard safety cover
The safety cover is designed according to the CE standard which efficiently prevents the disoperation and ensures the personal safety.
6.Pneumatic pressure control device
Adopt air cylinders for the pressure control which reduce the requirement of workers.
7.Waste crusher
The waste will be automatically crushed and collected when cutting the large sheet of cardboard.
