The flotation machine

Circular flotation machine is a new type of cyclone centrifugal flotation machine developed on the basis of flotation cyclone. It adopts deep groove design. The tank body is cylindrical, flat bottom, and the impeller adopts slot type elliptic and straight upper and lower arc-shaped blades. The low damping direct suspension stator is fixed at the bottom of the slot by the support legs. Because of its simple structure, simple operation, small floor area, small maintenance, high efficiency and energy saving, the circular flotation machine has gradually replaced the inflatable stirring flotation machine.

Aerated mechanical stirring flotation machine --The compressor type flotation machine is suitable for the separation of copper, lead, zinc, nickel, molybdenum, gold and other non-ferrous metal minerals, as well as the separation of ferrous metal (iron) and non-metallic (coal, fluorite, talc, quartz sand).

Coarse particle flotation machine has two forms: direct current cell and pulp suction cell. It adopts new impeller, stator system and new pulp circulation mode, which is not only conducive to coarse particle flotation, but also conducive to fine flotation.
