Free Water and suspension additives

BT-FWCA-044 is a water-soluble synthetic dry polymer， that is easily and most commonly dry blended.  Free water and suspension additives can help particles and solids in the slurry to remain suspended.  They also help overcome the potential for fluid to develop at the top of a slurry column or on the high side of deviations in a highly deviated well  or a horizontal wellbore.

BT-FWCA-044 additive can be used to prevent solids from settling and to control free water. It can also be used to mildly retard cement slurries and increase slurry viscosity. BT-FWCA-044 additive is effective from 30° to 100°C). BT-FWCA-044 additive  is also a viscosity increasing fluid loss additive, can help control fluid losses in low-density slurries, Conventional slurries. If it is used as fluid loss reducer, the general dosage is 0.18-0.3%.In some cases, a dispersant material might need to be added with BT-FWCA-044 fluid-loss additive slurry designs. BT-FWCA-044 additive is compatible with retarders, dispersants.
