Yard long bean

Very early variety with mild sweet taste. Plants are long vining and prolific. Pods are up to 55 cm. in length, round and dark green. Should be harvested when pods are young and tender. Seed-colour is red with white flecks.[]

What need to remind is: raw bean can produce the material that is harmful to human body, hemolysin and toxic protein, these two kinds of toxin have strong stimulative effect to gastrointestinal tract, light person feels abdominal unwell, serious person appears vomiting, diarrhoea wait for toxic symptom, especially child.
