HR/HD372 viscose staple spinning machine

This machine is viscose staple spinning machine .This machine pushes eligible rayon liquid coming from the head and the end processing into rayon pipe from the headstock at 0.2～0.3Mpa, then the rayon liquid is spurted out as the form of tricle from the pinholes of spinneret soaked in coagulating bath, brings chemical reaction, and curdles to tows. The tows are conducted to the godet by the guide wire to be stretched becomingly for the first time. Then, the tows coming from each spinning positions are conducted into the second bath to continue coagulating reaction, and are collected at foot end then enter into the follow processing to be stretched and plastiflied.
