一、Feeding Unit

•  Lead edge feeding, can adjust the power of the fan according to different status of the boards and make the feeding smoothly.

•  The main motor has the start protection device. It won' t work if the unit is not fixed properly.
  

• Can run either in continuous feeding mode or skip feeding mode.

• Double rubber feeding rolls with the grooves to protect the boards being damaged.
  

• The front feeding roll is equipped with the pneumatic pressing system. Feeding is accurate and reliable, which won' t damage the strength of the board due to the small gap.
  

• Motorized control of the movement for the side baffles (optional: pneumatic flapping system).
  

• The adjustment of the back baffle is motorized control while it is manually adjusted of the front ones but synchronously.
  

•  The brushes and fan of the dust removal device can clear the surface of the board. The fan can be adjusted according to various sizes of the board.
  

• Unit moving with the alarm, ensure the safety of the operators.
  

• Touch screen display of the production and remind of the operator when it reaches at the preset amount.
  

二、Printing Unit

• · · The printing cylinder is made of seamless steel with surface grinding, hard chromed and balancing adjustment, steady running.

• Rapid change of the printing plates. Foot switch controls the running direction(positive and reverse) during installing and unloading the plates.
  

•  All the adjustments of the gap between the feeding roll, pressing roll, rubber roll and anilox roll are self-locked.
  

•  The phase adjustment of the printing cylinder is PLC controlled and digital input of 360 degrees, either during the pause or running of the machine.
  

• The horizontal adjustment of the printing cylinder is PLC controlled and digital input with the range of t 10mm.
  

•  Pneumatic brake mechanism for fixing the phase of the printing cylinder. When the unit is separate from the others or during washing, the brake system will limit the movement of the gears and fix them in the right position.
  

• · Pneumatic lifting system is used for the anilox roll. The anilox roll(s) will comedown automatically and unit by unit when the board is fed. On the contrary, it will automatically be lifted when stop feeding the boards.
  

•  The ink application is using the pneumatic diaphragm pump, auto recycling and washed by water.
  

•  Memory of the setting, can be reset to the previous position after washing.
  

 三、Slotting Unit

• ·It is installed with the pre-pressing wheels. So the boards won' t be cracked easily by the slotting blades.

•  Single shaft with two slotting blades. The height adjustment of the box is motorized and controlled by the PLC. (Optional: touch screen input and auto adjusting

•  The phase adjustment of the slotting unit is PLC controlled and digital input of360 degrees, either during the pause or running of the machine. (Optional:touch screen input and auto adjusting)
  

• The horizontal adjustment of the blade holders and creasing wheels is motorized and synchronized. (Optional: touch screen input and auto adjusting)· The adjustment of the creasing gap and blades gap is self-locked.
  

• The adjustment of the blades has the limit protection device, which will not damage the machine.
  

• The thickness of the slotting blades is 7mm, made of alloy steel in good quality,with the heat treatment and grinding, sharp and accurate.
  

•  The hole punching mold can be added in the unit.
  

四、Die Cutting Unit

•  The horizontal movement of the anvil covers is mechanical and spiral. The moving distance is 40mm.

•  The phase adjustment of the die cutting cylinder is PLC controlled and digital input of 360 degrees, either during the pause or running of the machine.(Optional: touch screen input and adjusting)
  

• The horizontal adjustment of the die cutting cylinder is PLC controlled and digital input with the range of t 10mm. (Optional: touch screen input and adjusting)The adjustment of the gap between the anvil cover and die cutting cylinder is adopting the self-locked mechanism and equipped with the air cylinder, rapid moving, long distance and life extending.
  

• The gap of the feeding rolls is also adopting the self-locked mechanism.
  

•  Speed amendment device will move the anvil covers according to the die cutting cylinder. The linear velocity of the die cutting cylinder is controlled by the mold which will cut the boards as per the dies.
  

•  Installed with the grinding device for the amendment of the anvil covers.
