1. Structural features
l The series products use the structural section combination as the basic framework. All structural components are fixed with screws. After forming the basic framework, the doors, baffle, clapboard, drawer, mounting bracket, busbar and electrical components are fixed as required to make up the complete switchgear. The product has below features:
l The framework uses 8MF opening section. Both side of the section are E=20mm & E=100mm mounting holes respectively. The installation of build-in component is flexible and conveninent.
l There are two types of framework assemblies for selection, enclosed sturture and partial (side frame & beam) welding structure.
l Each function compartment is isolated. The compartments including function unit compartment, busbar compartment and cable compartment with independent function.
l The horizontal main bus adopts rear cabinet vertical arrangement mode to reinforce the dynamic-thermal stability electric-resistance of busbar and improve the short-circuit capability of main circuit of device.
l The design of cable compartment makes the cable in and out conveniently.
2. Ambient condition
l Ambient air temperature ≤+40℃ and no less than -5℃, the average temperature within 24h ≤+35℃;
l For indoor use, the elevation of using site ≤ 2000m (above this can be negotiated)
l Ambient relative air humidity is no more than 50% at +40℃, the larger relative humidity is allowed in lower temperature. (e.g.: when the humidity is 90% at﹢20℃, you should consider about the effect of accidental condensation caused by temperature variation)
l The gradient between installation surface and vertical plane is not more than 5°;
l The device should be installed in the location without violent vibration and impact to prevent the electrical components from corrosion.
