A: Prefab house:20-25 days, Container house:15-20 days, Steel structure:25-30 days, Villa: 30-35 days.
Q: What's your package?
A: Container house is in flat pack. Other houses will be loaded into shipping containers(main structure and panels in bulk, door/floor tiles/ ceiling/ furniture in cartons, sanitary/ electrical/ hardware/ plumbing/ fitting in wooden case).
Q: What's your payment terms?
A: T/T or L/C.
Q: What'’s the minimum order?
A: Prefab house: 45 m2, Container house: 3 units, Steel structure 200 m2, Villa: 110 m2.
Q: What kind of technical drawings could you provide?
A: We could provide three-view drawing, blueprint, foundation, plumbing, electrical, communication, fire alarm, installation, furniture,three D picture and so on.
Q: Could you supply the service of installation?
