The classification of rubber carbon black is mainly based on the vulcanization rate and particle size of the rubber compound,also have the relationship with the molecular structure.The international naming method are four characters,the first character is N or S, Generally N stands for the normal vulcanization rate and S is for the abnormal vulcanization rate.N100 series the particle size of carbon black is 11-19nm,N220 series the particle size is 20-25nm,N330 series the particle size is 26-30nm,N660 series the particle size is 49-60,Generally the lower-structured carbon black and the higher-structured carbon black are decided by the last two digits. Such as N330 is belong to the normal vulcanization rate lower structure wear-resisting carbon black,N375 is belong to the normal vulcanization rate high structure wear-resisting carbon black. Generally the rubber carbon black are widely used in the rubber industry. Such as tires,rubber shoes,cable,sealing ring,tape,triangle belt and other products. It plays a reinforcing and filling role in the rubber products. Carbon black also can be used in other related industries ,generally it can be as the coloring agent, uv blocking agent in plastic industry,
