PART ONE: DESCRIPTION:
Generally the raw material of carbon black is Ethylene Tar and Coal Tar. Generally Ethylene own the high quality aromatic hydrocarbon ,and also the asphalt content is much. Comparing with Ethylene Tar, The coal tar own much high quality aromatic hydrocarbon and lower content of asphalt. In China, Most the carbon black raw material is coal Tar.
PART TWO: APPLICATION OF CARBON BLACK N550
Carbon Black N550 is suitable for natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers. It is easy to disperse, can give the rubber a high stiffness, fast extrusion speed, small mouth expansion, smooth extrusion surface. when N550 is used for vulcanized rubber, the vulcanized rubber has good high-temperature performance and thermal conductivity, as well as good reinforcement performance, elasticity and recovery. Carbon Black N550 is mainly used in tire cord, sidewall, inner tube and extruded and calendered rubber products. N550 has the best reinforcement performance among soft carbon black varieties, very good extrusion performance, and low rebound rate. At the same time, it is also used in industrial rubber products such as carcass and inner tube rubber, hose, extruded rubber strips, seals and molded industrial rubber products.

PART Four: Other relative products
Carbon Black N539 is used for the rubber, its extrusion surface is smooth, and the mouth expansion is small. when N539 is used for vulcanized rubber ,the tensile strength and elongation of vulcanized rubber are higher, the fixed tensile stress is lower than N550, and the elasticity and fatigue resistance are better. It is mainly used for tire carcass compound, especially for buffer layer compound mainly made of natural rubber. It can also be used in tire base compound, tape cover and other rubber products and wire and cable sheath materials. Compared with Carbon Black N550, N539 has lower reinforcement, lower structure, higher mouth expansion, and larger filling volume,when it is used for carcass and inner tube, rubber hose, extruded rubber strip, seals and molded industrial rubber products.
