Generally the carbon black N770 series are semi-reinforced carbon black including carbon blackN770,carbon blackN774,carbon blackN772,carbon blackN762,carbon blackN787 and carbon blackN754.Carbon Black N762 is non-polluting,lower Se Carbon black, This products the Iodine absorption value is 27g/kg,DBP absorption is 65 10-5m3/kg,which is half reinforcement performance. And the structure is lower than Carbon Black N774, and the benzene transmittance is also lower about 90%, without pollution the rubber. Which are used for tire tire plies,inner tire,bicycle tires,all kinds of hours,adhesive tapes. Extruded and molded products. Etc. Carbon Black N774 can be used in all kinds of the rubber. We take the rubber hydrin200 as the example, The Mooney viscosity of the compound is slightly lower than Carbon black N774 and the elongation is slightly higher,but the electrical resistance is more than 3 times higher than carbon black N774, Our products can give rubber higher elasticity and lower heat generation.
