High Definition Prinitng Vanishing Drying And Die Cutting Machine

This machine is composed of feeding unit,printing unit,drying unit,vanishing unit,slotting unit,die cutting unit and stacking unit,etc.It can accomplish three layer,five layer corrugated cardboard printing,vanishing, drying,slotting,die cutting and stacking process,etc.

    The thickness of the wallboard is 60 mm, and the material is HT250, process: the density, hardness, strength, toughness and conductivity of the wall panel are increased by medium frequency tempering, artificial aging treatment, large machining center processing in pairs, high strength, high precision, never deformation.

    The transmission system adopts the transmission system with large helical angle,low noise, increase gear strength, improves the gears' drive stability.All transmission gears adopt 20CrMnTi high quality alloy steel, with high frequency quenching, super hard treatment, fine grinding and processing, strong strength and durability.The whole machine adopts closed spray lubrication and oil surface balancing device, which keeps the gear in a highly lubricated state.

     The whole process adopts vacuum adsorption transmission, adopt 7.5 KW high efficiency energy-saving variable frequency motor, all ceramic vacuum adsorption transmission wheels, delivering paper precise and fast.

Infrared double high-intensity drying, high heat intensity, fast drying.The printing speed is improved effectively.Drying system using infrared drying, the user choose the configuration according to the process ;Infrared drying unit can effectively dry water-based ink, water-based moisture-proof oil and water-based polishing oil.Increased the speed of the machine and added the cardboard aesthetics.

      Servo drive die cutting unit adopts German Rexroth servo motor matching,independent servo die cutting.
