PCR testCovid 19Mobile Lab
T/T
The mobile shelter lab is a relatively new type of building system. It looks like a container, transformed into a PCR lab with traditional LCL containers, and used in a value-added way. It features as follows:
1. Short construction period. A high-precision assembly is completed in the factory, after completing the assembly and debugging in about 20 days, it can be transported to the site for installation and service by automobile transportation; as the single container has all parts internally installed before leaving the factory, water, power, wind, effluent and exhaust gas and other discharge systems have been assembled in the body, while the safety of the outside environment is guaranteed. Under the condition that the site foundation is flat, it is ready for service only if the body is hoisted for placement, the water supply and power units are interfaced. It really allows available assembly in real-time. No professional but only those general electromechanical maintenance engineering personnel will be needed for installation to link up the containers to be a complete container-type PCR lab. The state advocates the concept of "green environmental, low carbon energy", and a container lab used as a temporary site meets the needs of emergency testing. And it can be reused, easy to disassemble and assemble, superior in performance, stable, and good shockproof.
2. Solution to the problem of tight space in medical institutions. The deployment of the mobile shelter lab can be installed and used only in an open space of about 50 square meters, subject to the number of shelters required by medical institutions.
3. Reduction of impact on the existing functions of the hospitals. To avoid cross-contamination and control the risk to a minimum, the shelter is generally set up outdoors. It is good for patients’ progression or virus infection control. Outdoor air circulates quickly, unlike indoor air that can cause high concentration and retention contributing to increasing the infectivity of the virus. The square shelter PCR lab effectively avoids aggregation and infectivity. It can change to fresh air quickly via the air supply and exhaust systems to meet the requirements of laboratory purification in case the internal environment of the shelter lab is contaminated.
4. Recycle and reuse resources. The square-shelter PCR lab can be reused. After the end of the epidemic, it can be redeployed to the CDC, hospitals, ports or third-party testing institutions after disinfected by professionals, or reasonably stored and maintained for later services when needed, thus saving cost and reusing resources.
5. Higher security level. The test benches and equipment in the shelter PCR lab are equipped with shock-proof, anti-corrosion and anti-infection systems as required, which are better than the current PCR labs in the buildings.
6. Safe and reliable HVAC system The HVAC system, purified with fresh air, enables three-stage filtration, indoor ventilation and air exchange frequency up to 15 times/H, the gradient pressure differential to maintain the room airflow from high to low, i.e. from the clean areas, semi-polluted areas, to polluted areas, to make the whole room to be isolated from the negative pressure outdoors, and the fully automatic adjustment system of digital differential pressure which achieves timely and rapid adjustment for room pressure to protect the biological safety of medical staff to the maximum. Each system features the followings:
A. The direct expansion air conditioner designed for heating in extremely cold weather, which, in winter, starts a three-level electric heating stage by stage to ensure indoor comfort.
B. The water supply and drainage that adopts cold and hot dual pipelines, all the handwashing facilities in the lab can supply cold and hot water.
C. Effluent discharge adopts a sewage treatment device microcomputer-controlled and non-medicated to ensure that the discharged wastewater reaches the municipal discharge standard. The exhaust gas is emitted after high-efficiency filtration and treatment. Both are environmental, making the COVID-19 testing environment completely isolated as an independent biosafety entity without prejudice to, nor affected by, other external environments
