Product Description

Super high pressure filter press, which is a high-efficiency solid-liquid separation filtration equipment, was independently developed by Techase with working together with Tongji University. This equipment which improves the plate frame structure of traditional filter press offers a plurality of integration advantages, such as low investment cost, high work efficiency, large dehydration pressure, small footprint, good separation performance, simple operation and maintenance, etc. The high pressure filter press eliminates the need for additional secondary pressurization equipment or membrane inflation medium, and has a large compression ratio, direct force, high pressure, short working cycle, and production efficiency equivalent to 3 to 4 times that of the conventional membrane filter press.

KS Series

TH Series

YG Series

High (Secondary) Pressure
KS Series	1.6-2.0MPa
TH Series	2.5-7MPa
YG Series	2.5-10MPa

KS Series

Advantages

1.Continuous Sludge Feeding And Filtration Operation.

2.Pulsed Press, Producing Instantaneous. High Pressure And Pressure Gradient.

3.Rigid High Pressure Filter Plate Up to 2.0MPa.

4.New Air Blowing Cake Washing Method.

Final Output Sludge Cake Moisture

65%~85%

TH Series

Advantages

1.The compression stroke of the spring is large, and the compression ratio is also larger than that of the membrane filter press, so the secondary press pressure is high, the feed filtration load is reduced, and the working cycle is short.

2.The pressing method of TH filter press is parallel extrusion, no dead angle, and the membrane filter press is semi-arc-shaped extrusion, uneven force, and has bumps, occupying effective filtering area.

3.The pressure comes directly from the pressure of the hydraulic cylinder, which is direct pressing, and the pressing pressure can reach 2.5-7MPa.

4.The filter frame is made of steel and is not easily damaged. The service life of the filter plate is long, up to 8 years, and the cost of filter plate replacement is reduced.

Final Output Sludge Cake Moisture

50%~60%

YG Series

Advantages

1.High work efficiency, completely press the elastic medium to squeeze the sludge, the pressing pressure is 2.5~10MPa.

2.Low energy consumption, low dosage of chemicals and no secondary pollution, low operating cost.

3.The working cycle is short, the thickness of the filter cake is 25-35mm, the working capacity can reach 8kg-DS/(m2?hr), and the processing capacity is 3-4 times that of the traditional plate and frame filter press.

4.Metal filter frame and elastic medium, long life (more than 8 years), only replacement of filter cloth.
