We have 2 production lines of 1600mm PP High performance machines, which are stable and producing good quality PP melt blown nonwoven fabric for masks, our melt blown nonwoven fabric can reach BFE 99% and PFE above 98%-100%.
We can also supply one-stop raw materials for face masks, including spunbond nonwoven fabric, nose wire, ear loop, etc..

First layer: Spunbond nonwoven blue, 25g x 175mm
Second layer: BFE99% meltblown fabric, 25g x 175mm
Inner layer: Spunbond nonwoven white, 25g x 195mm
Colored spunbond nonwoven fabric for face masks:
Light green, burgundy, dark green, orange/yellow
Colored spunbond nonwoven fabric avaiable:
Red, black, purple, lylic, pink, light orange
