Aluminum composite panel production line

Aluminum composite panel, with plastic as its core sheet, is compounded with coated aluminum coil for decoration. It has a lot of merits such decorative colors, light weught, easy installtion process and strong anti-climate ect. Which makes it for a wide application in domestic and even in the world.

The production principle of ACP is to stick up the two materials (PE and Aluminum coil) together with heating compound roller in unique technique to attain the effect of hard separation for decoration.

Application of product and characteristics:

The final product ACP can be widely used in field of construction decoration such as curtain wall,interior and exterior wall of building,ceiling,column,storefront,billboard,exhibition rack,and auto etc.
