*All the transmission rollers are made of high quality steel, hard chromium plated and surface ground.

*The transmission gear is made of 20CrMnTi high quality alloy steel after heat treatment and grinding. 

*The transmission shaft and adjusting shaft of the whole machine are connected without key to reduce the connection gap and ensure the printing overprint accuracy. 

*The oil automatic balance device keeps the oil level of each unit balanced. 

*The whole machine is controlled by PLC and has the functions of returning to zero and memory. (PLC and touch screen control can be selected) 

* mechanical leading edge feeding mode (servo leading edge feeding mode is optional). 

*The paper feeding section can adjust the suction size by frequency conversion, which is suitable for different papers. 

*Wire roller: metal roller or ceramic roller can be selected. The number of wire can be selected according to user's requirements.
