一、Functions and features：
1、This machine is fully computer controlled and automatic order adjustment, easy to understand and easy to operate. It can store 999 nail orders；
2、The bottomless and covered case can also be nailed (to be specified when ordering)；
3、1-3 minutes to adjust the size, simple and fast；
4、The power of nail head is servo motor, and the mechanical speed is 1300-1500 nails / min；
5、The paper feeding section adopts PLC automatic control siglin high wear-resistant suction belt. Each belt can control the air volume separately to ensure stable adsorption and accurate paper feeding；
6、When feeding paper, there is a side beating device, which can make paper feeding orderly and smoothly；
7、The thickness of the paper board is controlled by computer, and the height of paper carrier is adjusted electrically；

8、The paper feeding motor is controlled by servo motor to ensure stable and accurate nail distance；
9、The machine is designed with box shaping function to ensure that the scissors mouth will not appear when nailing the box, which is neat and not skew; the machine can ensure that the front and rear scissors opening will not exceed 2 mm;
10、The computer screen is used to operate the machine and display the fault description；
11、This machine can be nailed three or five layers of cartons；

三、Brief introduction of each department：

1、Paper feed section：

The high wear-resistant suction belt is adopted, and the air volume of each belt can be controlled separately. To ensure the stable adsorption, the paper feeding section adopts double drive servo to separate the paper feeding before and after, and each paperboard is separately and accurately transported before and after, so that the positioning is more accurate. The front baffle of the paper feeding section is electrically adjusted on the left and right, and the front paper feeding section is electrically adjusted. It is convenient and fast to meet the paper supply requirements of various specifications of cartons.

The paste box adopts the way of applying glue under the knurled wheel, which is even, no missing and saves glue. In the gluing part, the tongue of paperboard is pre pressed up and down again to make the carton forming more standard. 

2 、Folding part：

The folding part is equipped with pre pressing and multi pass rolling wheels, and the original rolling line is rolled again for the second rolling line of paperboard. This makes the cartons more beautiful when folded. The features of the machine are that the whole process of paper feeding is adopted from the leading edge to the nail box part, so that the carton is firmly adsorbed on the paper feeding belt, and there is no dislocation and scratch on the surface of the carton. Especially, it has a better protective effect on the laminating box and the polishing box to ensure that the paperboard does not deviate, and completely solves the defects existing in the automatic simultaneous operation of high-grade and low-grade boxes.

3、Correction unit：

There will be a shaping device behind the folding part and in front of the nailing box. Before nailing the box, the folded carton will be reshaped again to ensure that there is no scissors opening for the nailed carton.

The correction section adopts the upper and lower servo motors for calibration. After the correction, it is compressed into the nail box section with synchronous belt to ensure that there is no scissor opening in the carton to ensure the quality requirements of the carton.

4、Nail box：

The head of running type nail box machine adopts special material, which is wear-resistant and stable, and is not easy to be damaged. The speed of nail can reach 1300-1500 nails per minute. The head of this machine is directly driven by imported servo motor, and the speed is efficient, stable and accurate. The automatic wire feeding of 2 plates and 20 kg is adopted for the nail thread at a time, which reduces the wire changing time.

5、Counting and stacking section：

According to the quantity set on the computer, it can count, correct and send out automatically.

6、Full automatic packing：   

High work efficiency, low labor intensity; excellent packing force, soft packing action, excellent durability and perfect packing function; after packing, the motor stops immediately, saving electricity and is practical.
