All the transmission axles and rollers are made of high-quality steel, temper, and dynamic balance; plated with rigid chrome and ground surface.

The driving gear is 20Cr Mn Ti alloy steel, carburization and quenching treatment. The hardness is HRC58-62 with long term high-speed printing and high precision of colour process.

The transmission parts(shaft and tooth connection with free key(tensioning sleeve) to eliminate the connection gap, which is suitable for long-term high-speed operation with large torque.

The lubrication system of the whole machine adopts spray lubrication, without manual maintenance.
