This production line can continuously produce corrugated pipes such as PE, PP, EVA and PVC. Plastic single-wall corrugated pipe has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, high strength, good flexibility and so on. Widely used in automotive wiring harness, electrical threading, machine tool line, lamp line casing, air conditioning, washing machine water pipe and other fields.

The production line of plastic single-wall corrugated pipe, which is elaborately developed by our company, is cooled by gear transmission module, template string water, and the product is air-cooled, making the produced corrugated pipe have fast forming speed, uniform corrugated shape, consistent joint and smooth inner and outer walls, it is especially suitable for wiring harness of high-end cars.

We have two kinds of forming machine. One is callled medium speed, the speed is around 4-10m/min;

 Another type is called high speed, speed is around 15-25m/min.
