MAIN CONFIGURATION:
1. Japan yaskawa or mitsubishi original imported doublo servo drive, accrate accuracy, mechanical transmission part reduction, can effctielee reduce the failure rate of machinery.
2. Touch screen operation, convenient and quick change of parameters (stitching distance, stitching number, seed ordering and rear affle).
3. The whole control system adopts omron PLC control system.
4. Back electric baffle, driven by stepping motor, accurate size, more convenient and quick to change the size.
5. All contactors in the control box are German Siemens brand.
6. Photoelectric and proximity switches are brand schneider.
7. Bottom die, blade made of Japanese tungsten steel (wear-resistant). 8. The whole set of head are all made of special steel, computer gongs precision processing.
9. Single nail l, double nail 1, reinforcing nail (1 , the two ends are double nails and the middle part is single nail) can be completed at one time, which can meet the different requirements of different types of customers. The b?ck section has the function of automatic counting. The number of finished products can be stacked according to the set number (1-99 and sent to the end of the conveying machine for convenient packaging and bundling.
