2 The PLC is designed for glue content adjusting following speed and the motor for micro scorer gap adjusting through gear with figure shown on the man-machine interface through displacement sensor. The gluing and adjusting content is digitally shown on the man-machine interface matched with the gap of gluing roller and adjusting roller in both manual and auto control.
2 It adopts auto-cycle glue supply, pneumatic gluing and releasing for better buffering effect and gluing width is electrically adjusting.
2 The gluing roller is surface treated with special aniloxing and chrome plating.
