Variable Steering Effort:

The steering force of EPS comes from the motor. Through software programming and hardware control, the variable steering force covering the whole vehicle speed can be obtained.

Better Following Performance:

For EPS, the rotating moment is generated by the motor. There is no steering hysteresis effect like in the hydraulic power steering system, which enhances the following performance of road wheel to steering wheel.

Improve Returnability:

The ECU of EPS stores a cluster of returnability curves from the lowest to the highest speed, significantly improves steering characteristic of the system that matches the dynamic performance of the vehicle.
