1.  送纸部：独立免压前缘，不损伤纸板； 变频风机，变频电机。

Feeder part: Independent free pressure lead edge feeder, will not damage the cardboard flute and surface; Frequency converter fan and motor.

2.  开槽部： 电动排刀, 开槽刀箱高及左右横移全部电动调整。

Slotter part: Electrical slotter knives adjustment in carton height and left right movement.

3. 网纹辊直径136mm,网线搭配目（可根据客户需求，如印满版用海力辊，效果更佳）。

Anilox roller diameter Ф136mm, mesh LPI as customer need (If print complete sheet with color, use Haili brand anilox roller, can reach better printing effect).

4. 匀墨胶辊直径140mm。

Ink distribution rubber roller diameter Ф140mm.

5. 整机总功率：10千瓦

Complete machine total power: 10KW.

6. 所有传动轴为钢管制成

All the transmission shafts are made of steel pipe.

7. 本机回墨斗为不锈钢材质，下回墨管直径40mm以防止堵塞

The returned ink tank is stainless steel material, down ink refill pipe diameter is 40mm to avoid blocking.

8. 本机所有传动齿轮为40烙磨齿制成，且轴头连接为涨紧套连接（涨紧套浙江产）

All the driving gears on this machine is 40Cr material with precise grinding, and the shaft head is expansion sleeve connection (from Zhejiang).

9. 送纸前缘部，前缘为免压 前缘送纸轮为排轮，进纸轴为排轴（防止纸板横线部分打滑）， 除胶轮外，前言保三年。

Automatic lead edge feeder is free pressure type, feeding wheels in rows, feeding shafts in rows can avoid the sheets sliding in feeding, except the rubber wheels, this feeder has 3 years warranty.

10. 本机所有调整杆都为冷拔电镀钢

All the adjusting rods on this machine are cold-drawing electroplating steel.

11. 本机所使用电器均为：正泰，德力西品牌

Electrics on this machine is CHINT, DELIXI brand.

12. 所使用轴承为：哈尔滨等知名品牌

Bearings brand: Ha’er bin brand.

13. 开槽组配置为：6轴电动排刀，5刀盘10根丝杠，电动横移，开槽部分电脑控制，一分钟换一次单。换单精度1毫米以内。

Slotter unit configuration: 6shafts electrical slotting knives movement, 5 slotting knives, 10pcs lead screw, electrical transverse movement, computerized control, order changing time 1minute, precision within 1mm.

14. 润滑系统为：封闭式双油泵供油及回油，确保各机组油量平衡

Lubrication system: Closing type dual oil pump for oil supplying and returning, make sure the oil level is balancing and same in each machine unit.

15. 主电机为10千瓦变频调速，风机变频调速，电量4.0千瓦

Main motor is 10kw frequency speed governor, fan frequency speed governor 4kw.

16. 本机操作自动化为：采用气动供墨，墨辊与印版自动着墨与脱离，自动匀墨，电子眼计数器，电动相位并配有微电脑控制调整，各机组配有主机正反电动（调机速度快），各印刷组下横梁处配有脚踏开关，开槽固定组配有各组相位调整及控制主机速度，前缘组配有总锁紧功能，前后配有照明灯等人性化配置。

This machine is automation control: adopt pneumatic ink supplying, anilox roller and printing roller automatically touching with ink and separation, automatic ink distribution, electronic eye counting, electrical phase and equipped with micro computer control, each unit with host obverse and reverse electrical adjustment, more faster, equip with foot pedal under each unit, slotter unit with phase adjustment and can control complete machine speed, on feeder unit with general locking function, in front and back of machine has illumination for easy and convenient working, humanization.

Pneumatic printing plate lifting up and down, pneumatic locking, electrical phase adjustment, electrical units separation and combination. Spray lubrication.
